Shalen "Shelly" has over 21 years experience in commercial and residential property management. Bilingual in English and East Indian. She is responsible for supervising the office, resident managers and the maintenance department. Shelly coordinates accounts receivable and rent collections. She is extremely experienced in Yardi property management software. Shelly's experience has gained her the respect of her property owners. |

Kathy Paul is from Bellingham, Washington where she lived until 10 years ago when she decided to search for the sunshine of California. She has been with SPM for over 5 years as Leasing Agent. Kathy is responsible for showing properties, communicating with owners and matching prospective renters with the perfect home. Kathy is a “people person” and loves illustration when time permits. |
