Thank you for your interest in our available apartments. Before you apply for an apartment, please make note of the following important information. 
 
CREDIT REPORT FEE - All adults must submit a separate application. A non-refundable processing fee of $30.00 is payable by cash or money order for each completed application. We require a photocopy of your social security card and picture ID to verify your identity.  
 
SIGNATURE - Please make sure to sign and date the Application Form on the bottom line where indicated. 
 
INCOME QUALIFICATION STANDARDS - To qualify for an apartment each applicant must have good credit, receive acceptable references from current and former landlords, employers, creditors and personal references and earn at least three times the monthly rent in gross income. 
 
LEASE TERM - Our standard lease term is 6 months and month to month thereafter. Some properties require a 12 month lease and renew upon completion.  
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT - Our standard security deposit with excellent references/credit is a minimum of $600.00. The security deposit is not to be used as last month's rent. All move-in costs must be paid in the way of cashiers check or money order.
